TARSIUS16 - Let Night Be Light

TARSIUS16 boasts miniaturized components and a revolutionary
16 mm image intensifier tube. Weighing 30 % to 45 % less than
night vision monoculars based on 18 mm tubes, it sets the new
standard in night vision technology.

The tube adjusts itself to varying levels of ambient light (autogating)
which is essential when operating in urban terrain. In
addition, there is a knob for deliberate brightness control allowing
optimum recognition of details.

With its Smart Mount, TARSIUS16 can be configured specifically
for the user’s operational scenario. Without cumbersome tools or
adapters, it transitions quickly between handheld use, system, face
mask and helmet mounting, either in single or dual configuration.
Surveillance range and effectiveness are remarkably enhanced with
the use of the optional 3x Magnification Lens.
